Roof Repairs done properly
A single slipped slate or a cracked ridge tile lets water into the roof timbers long before you see a stain on the ceiling. Catching it early keeps the repair small. We trace the leak to its source, which is often some distance from where the water shows up inside, and repair it with matching materials.
If we find that a repair will only buy you a few months, we will tell you straight and give you the price for both options so you can decide.

Can you fix just one or two slates?
Yes. Small repairs are a big part of what we do. We use slate hooks or copper tingles so the replacement sits flat and stays put.
Will you tell me if I need a new roof instead?
We'll tell you honestly what we find. If a repair makes sense, we repair it. If the roof is past repairing, we'll explain why and give you both prices.
Do you send photos?
Yes. You get photos of the problem and of the finished repair, which is useful for your own records or an insurance claim.
