Storm & Wind Damage done properly
Irish storms find the weak points on a roof: an old ridge, a loose verge, a flashing that has lifted. Once the wind gets under one slate it can strip a whole section. Fast action stops water getting into the timbers, insulation and ceilings.
We make the roof safe first with temporary covers, then come back to carry out a permanent repair. We photograph everything, so you have what your insurer asks for.

Frequently asked questions
Will my house insurance cover storm damage?
That depends on your policy. Many policies cover sudden storm damage but not wear and tear. We give you a photo report and a written description of the damage to support your claim.
Can you come out during the storm?
We answer calls at any hour and will advise you over the phone. Going onto a roof in high wind isn't safe for anyone, so we make the roof safe as soon as the wind drops enough to work.
What should I do while I wait?
Keep clear of the area under the damage, move valuables away from any leaks, and put a bucket under drips. Don't go up a ladder in the wind. Send us photos on WhatsApp if you can take them safely from the ground.
